Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to ask for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please provide us with the reason for your refund or exchange request. We can only accept returns for defective products. If you wish to exchange a product you may incur further postage and handling charges. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with the original invoice.

If you receive a product and believe it to be incorrect, do not open the item where possible and contact us for assistance. If you have been sent an incorrect product then we will replace it for you less delivery costs. If you are returning or exchanging because you have ordered the wrong product we may still need to charge postage and handling costs. Please note we will not accept responsibly if you choose the wrong product or supply us with incorrect information.

Please note that all sales should be considered final.

Your rights and customer satisfaction are important to us, so if you are dissatisfied in any way with our product quality or level of service, please contact us for assistance and we will do whatever we can to help.

 Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order this needs to be done within 48 hours of your purchase and incurs a $20 fee. If your order has already been sent in this time you are required to also pay return shipping costs as well as the $20 cancellation fee. You may be charged a further 10% cost of your order if it is a customised PhD set or similar for materials and labour already ordered or used for your made-to-order garment.

Order Changes

If you have made an error in your order and need to change something, please email us at ghliley@ghlilley.com.au, quote your order number, and let us know of the change you need to be made.
